Al Burnec: A Family Tradition Our Story

Al Burnec is much more than a restaurant nestled in the hills of Franciacorta; it’s the realization of a family vision rooted in passion and “love for the land. It all began with Mauro Uberti, who inherited the estate and, driven by his determination and vision,” transformed it into a place that today hosts a restaurant, a venue for events and weddings, and much more. His passion for tradition and authentic values has guided every step of this journey, allowing the estate to grow and evolve while always remaining true to its essence.

The story of Al Burnec is closely intertwined with that of the Uberti group, in which Mauro’s daughters, Nadia and Michela, also play a fundamental role. Together, the Uberti family has expanded the vision of the estate, creating not only a place to taste “culinary excellence, but also a space to live unique experiences. Mauro’s love for horses led to the birth of the” Equestrian Academy and Riding School, a place that celebrates the deep bond between man and nature, where passion and care merge to offer unforgettable equestrian experiences.
